The Master College of Entrepreneurship, Oyo is a private institution incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission with RC7006062. Some of the objects for which the College is established are:

1. To provide post-secondary school technical education in entrepreneurship, technology, agriculture, digital information, data science, management, and business.
2. To maintain and enhance links with national, international, and multinational organizations and bodies to promote any of the objects
3. To engage any other individual or bodies or organization the views on any subject of concern or interest to small business administration in Nigeria on any appropriate objects.
4. To carry out business development consulting, training services, systems engineering and administration for small businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
5. To provide contents development and administrative faculties for technology, information, communications, commercial, and management for small business and entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
6. To provide business education consultancy, competence evaluation test and examination for small businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
7. To provide for the training and examination of young administrators for small and medium scale businesses as well as the continuing professional development of entrepreneurs.
8. To carryout research in entrepreneurship and business science and practice with reference to local content development.
9. To provide Entrepreneurship body of knowledge resources for independent business owners’ interest, technical reading, conferences, and publications on small business matters in Nigeria.
