Programme Overview
The Master Trainer programme at the Master College of Entrepreneurship is designed for top-level professionals who wish to become certified trainers and leaders within our industrial campuses. This course is for those who have mastered entrepreneurship and are now ready to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of business creators.
In this advanced programme, you will learn the art and science of effective teaching and mentorship. We will train you in advanced coaching techniques, curriculum development, and how to deliver practical, hands-on training in our specialised fields like production, finance, and digital management. You will also learn how to manage a classroom of aspiring entrepreneurs and assess student projects effectively. This programme focuses on turning your expertise into leadership, preparing you to guide others through their own business learning journey.
All sessions are held at our flagship industrial campuses, where you will practice teaching in a real-world environment. Graduates of this programme will become certified Master Trainers, qualified to lead courses at MCE, develop new training modules, or run their own accredited training centres under our guidance.
Requirements
There are two paths to join the Master Trainer programme:
For MCE Graduates: You must have successfully completed all three levels of our professional programmes (Professional 1, 2, and 3) with a score of at least 60% in each, without failing any course.
For External Professionals: If you have not taken our courses but have significant professional experience, you must contact our admissions team. They will arrange a qualification exam and an interview to assess your suitability for the programme.
Costs & funding
The total investment for the Master Trainer programme is ₦150,000. This comprehensive fee includes all advanced trainer certification materials, resources, and access to our master coaching sessions.
